A Bit About Us

Shajid and Stephen established Braeside Surveyors in early 2020.

Having both worked at large established national practices, they decided to combine their 55 years of experience and form their own business focusing primarily on residential surveys.

Braeside Surveyors services include RICS Building Surveys, RICS Home Buyer Reports and RICS Valuations (including Help to Buy and Shared Ownership Valuations) and mortgage valuations on behalf of corporate clients.

The Braeside Surveyors philosophy is to provide unambiguous straightforward advice in plain English so our clients can make informed decisions when purchasing a new home or considering renovation works.
